If a brand has created an organic social media planning for you, but you don’t see it yet in the Embrosa App, don’t worry — this can happen for several reasons.
Here’s what to check first
Your brand’s planning only appears in the app when your Facebook Business Page is correctly linked to your Embrosa account.
Go to your Embrosa App settings.
Check if the connected Facebook Page is the correct one (the same Page your brand uses for your organic planning).
Make sure the page is connected successfully — sometimes the link can expire or disconnect if your Facebook password was changed. Need help? Please check our articles on Meta connection here.
If everything looks correct but you still don’t see your planning, it’s best to reach out to Embrosa’s support team with your question.
