This depends on the campaign — but in most cases, there’s still time to update or personalize your details up until shortly before the campaign starts.
If you need to update your logo, business information, or visuals, it’s best to do this on time — ideally during or right after onboarding. Once the campaign has gone live, changes to your personalization (like shop name, logo, or contact details) can no longer be applied to the running ads or posts.
Note: keep an eye on your campaign start date (we’ll notify you beforehand) to ensure everything looks perfect in time. If you’re unsure about your specific deadline, it’s always best to check with your brand contact or Embrosa Support to make sure your updates are processed in time.
