If your Facebook Business Page isn’t showing up when you try to connect it during onboarding, don’t worry — this can happen for a few different reasons. The most common are missing permissions or that your page isn’t yet connected to a Meta Business Portfolio.
1. You don’t have the correct permissions in the Meta Business Portfolio
You might be an Admin on the page itself, but not on the Business Portfolio (previously Business Manager) that owns the page.
What to do:
Ask a colleague who has full admin rights at the Business Portfolio level to complete the onboarding process for you.
Alternatively, that person can add you as an Admin within the Business Portfolio so you’ll gain full access and can proceed with onboarding yourself.
2. Your Facebook Page is not connected to a Business Portfolio
