If you’re having trouble logging in because your password doesn’t work, don’t worry — you can easily reset it in just a few steps.
Here’s how to reset your password:
On the Embrosa App login page, tap “Password reset?”.
Enter the email address you used to register your Embrosa account.
Check your inbox for an email from Embrosa containing a password reset link.
Click the link and follow the steps to set a new password.
Didn’t get the email?
Check your spam or junk folder — sometimes the message ends up there.
Still can’t find it? Try requesting it again, or contact our support team through the “Need Support” button under “Me” in the Embrosa App.
