An organic social media planning is basically your own social media calendar, consisting of Facebook and / or Instagram posts meant for your timelines. The organic planning lives inside the Embrosa App and shows all your personal and scheduled posts.
It helps you keep an overview of your upcoming timeline posts, so you always know what’s planned, when it’ll go live, and what still needs your confirmation.
Here’s how it works
Your organic planning is all about non-paid organic content — posts that appear naturally on your Facebook or Instagram timeline without advertising spend.
In your Embrosa account, organic plannings are to be found under ‘My planning’ in your profile and here you’ll see:
Scheduled posts that are already planned by your brand or created by you.
Approval status where you can approve, edit, or skip a post.
Publication dates so you can see exactly when and at what time each post will be posted.
When a post appears in your organic planning, you can:
Review the post details (text, image, and channel).
Approve it by clicking on the green checkmark to confirm publication.
Edit the caption or schedule by clicking on the pen if changes are needed.
Decline the post if you don’t want it to be shared by clicking on the red cross.
Everything you see here is tailored to your shop — it’s your own content calendar that fits into your brand’s larger marketing plan.
Why it matters
Having an organic planning saves time and reduces mistakes. You won’t miss a posting date, forget a caption, or double-post content.
It also keeps your communication consistent — your customers see well-timed, relevant posts that match your brand and campaigns. Show them you’re here!
It’s like having your marketing week or month neatly mapped out — clear, simple, and always under your control.
